Joe Burns speaks at conferences, panels, corporate events and training days in Cheltenham and across Gloucestershire, on law and business, early-stage investment, and public service.
Enquire About SpeakingCheltenham is a Regency spa town at the edge of the Cotswolds, known for its stucco terraces, the promenade and the racecourse. Property is dominated by period townhouses, villas and apartment conversions, much of it leasehold or estate-managed.

An audience in Cheltenham gives its attention once. Talks are built around what the room actually has to decide, using real transactions, real risks and real outcomes rather than theory, and are pitched to be useful the following Monday.
