Kept current
Documents are reviewed and updated as standards, legislation and contractor requirements change — your subscription always covers the current versions.
The compliance guarantee
If anything in the suite falls short of compliance, we make it right or your money back. We stand behind every document we produce.
One fixed monthly fee
£499 a month covers the suite. No per-document charges and no hourly rates, so you can price your site paperwork with certainty.
What’s in the suite
RAMS for the trades you actually run.
The subscription covers a library of Risk Assessment Method Statements and supporting documents spanning the trades and tasks construction companies are asked to price for. New documents are added as members ask for them, and subscribers can request a RAMS for any task that is not yet covered — prepared by our specialists for your review.
Every document is issued ready for site: hazards identified, controls set out, and responsibilities assigned, to the standard tier one principal contractors expect from their supply chain.
Not every task can be listed — if you carry out something unusual, tell us on the onboarding call and we will prepare it.

Case study 01
Groundworks contractor — tier one plot package
1 wk
From subscribing to an approved pack
£0
Per-document charges
Approved first time, site start kept
The situation
A groundworks contractor had just won a plot package on a tier one housebuilder site, and the contract came with a condition: RAMS before the Monday start. Their usual route was paying for documents one at a time from a local consultant, with a turnaround measured in days and the site start slipping each time a pack needed a revision.
What we put in place
They subscribed mid-week and the onboarding call confirmed their trades and the contractor's requirements straight away. The first pack was drawn from the suite — excavations, lifting operations, plant and machinery — issued with their company details on the cover, and submitted to the principal contractor the same week.
The outcome
The pack was approved without a single amendment, and the site start went ahead on schedule. The contractor now submits straight from the suite for every new contract, and what used to be a bottleneck before each site start has disappeared entirely.
Case study 02
Scaffolding firm — mixed client base, national coverage
Days → mins
Document turnaround
1 fee
Every contract covered
One subscription, every contract
The situation
A scaffolding firm worked across tier one housebuilder sites and smaller private contracts, and rewrote its RAMS for every one. The documents drifted out of step with each other, and a near-miss on one site exposed how differently the versions read. Client audits kept stalling on paperwork rather than on the work itself.
What we put in place
A single subscription replaced the rewrite cycle. The suite became the firm's base document set, the onboarding call aligned it to each principal contractor's format, and the documents have been kept current ever since as standards, legislation and contractor requirements change.
The outcome
Document turnaround went from days to minutes: a method statement for a new contract is now ready before the quote goes in. The documents read consistently across every client and site, and accreditation renewals and client audits no longer stall on paperwork.

Steel frame erector — mid-contract standard change
Days
Revised documents re-issued
£0
Extra charge for revisions
The guarantee, put to work
The situation
A steel frame erector was working to a main contractor's site standard when the standard was updated mid-contract — catching out documents the erector had already paid for. Under their previous arrangement, each revision would have meant another charge and more days of waiting while the site stood exposed.
What we put in place
Under the compliance guarantee, the affected documents were revised and re-issued within the subscription. A specialist walked the site team through what had changed and why, so the controls on site matched the paperwork before the next pour of work.
The outcome
The revised documents were back with the site within days, at no extra cost, and the work continued without a gap. The firm renewed without a conversation — the guarantee had already done the talking.
