Burns & Co. Legal is the legal practice of Burns & Co. Group. We act for individuals, landowners, owner-managed businesses and companies across Essex, London, Cambridgeshire, Gloucestershire and beyond — combining specialist knowledge with a service built around the client, not the timesheet.
Our practice covers residential and commercial property, agricultural law, corporate and commercial work, business sales and transfers, and everyday business law. Alongside the legal practice, the group operates a fractional general counsel service for growing companies, so the same standard of legal leadership that large businesses enjoy is available on a sensible budget.
We are based in Benfleet, Essex — our home — with offices in the City of London and the West End, and we serve clients locally and nationally. Many matters are handled remotely and we are always close when you need us in person.
