Who it is for
Legal advice that arrives before the invoice does.
Most small businesses do not have a legal problem. They have a steady stream of legal questions — a contract that needs reading, a customer who will not pay, a member of staff whose situation has changed, terms that have not kept up with the business.
Answering each one by instructing a solicitor on an hourly rate is slow and expensive, and it discourages you from asking at all. This subscription removes both problems. You ask the question, and you pay a fixed monthly fee whether you ask it once or fifty times.
Owner-managed businesses
You run the business, you make the decisions, and there is nobody in the building whose job is legal. This puts one on the end of the phone.
Businesses with steady questions
Contracts, employment, customers, suppliers, terms. Enough to need an answer regularly, not enough to justify a full-time hire or a fresh instruction each time.
Businesses that want certainty
One predictable monthly fee instead of an open-ended hourly invoice. You know what legal support costs before the question is asked.
The subscription

What you get
A solicitor on hand, for a fixed monthly fee.
Unlimited call and email queries
Call or email as often as you need. Contract questions, employment points, terms and conditions, a letter that has landed on your desk — ask it and get an answer from a solicitor, without watching a clock.
One contract review a month
Send us one contract each month and we will read it properly, flag what is exposed, and tell you what to push back on. Supply agreements, customer terms, leases, employment contracts and NDAs all qualify.
One monthly review call
A scheduled call with your solicitor each month to work through what is coming up, what needs deciding, and what you should be doing next — so the legal side keeps pace with the business.
